The key to success in business is knowing how to inspire trust. But before we can ask others to trust us, we have to be able to trust ourselves. This workshop will help you break free from self-defeat with healthy strategies for acting with greater confidence, assertiveness, and optimism. This workshop will be co-presented by Elise McCay, M.S., licensed marriage and family therapist, and Nathan Timmons, assistant director of the CBC. Coffee and donuts will be provided.
