Come get free stuff and hear about our resources! Risk Intervention & Safety Education (RISE) is a component of the Office of the Dean of Students at Texas Tech University. RISE is empowering Texas Tech students to live vital, meaningful lives through comprehensive prevention education. RISE provides a variety of services, educational workshops, fun FREE events, and administers the required Think About It course for all incoming first-year and transfer students.
