- Description: We’ve all heard that teamwork makes the dream work, but let’s face it: Some teams can be nightmares. What can we do to make sure we have a positive experience instead? For inspiration, we’ll look to the Dream Team -- the legendary 1992 U.S. Olympics basketball team -- to find out what lessons we can learn about defining roles, managing conflict, and doing everything we can to go for the gold. - Description: Christopher R. Sandles was appointed President-Hospital Operations for University Health in June 2022. Prior to this role, Mr. Sandles served twenty years with the US Department of Veterans Affairs in a variety of operational and senior roles. Chris will share about his journey through healthcare leadership and the lessons he learned along the way. The event will be held at TTUHSC Room ACB 150.
