The Free Market Institute welcomes best-selling author and member of the Science and Technology Select Committee for the UK House of Lords, Matt Ridley, to Texas Tech on Tue, Nov. 2, for a book-signing at 4:45 PM and a public lecture at 5:30 PM based on his recent book, ‘How Innovation Works: And Why It Flourishes in Freedom.’ The program will take place in the McKenzie-Merket Alumni Center Ballroom on the TTU campus. This event is free and open to the TTU community and the general public.
