We’ve all heard that teamwork makes the dream work, but let’s face it: Some teams can be nightmares. What can we do to make sure we have a positive experience instead? For inspiration, we’ll look to the Dream Team -- the legendary 1992 U.S. Olympics basketball team -- to find out what lessons we can learn about defining roles, managing conflict, and doing everything we can to go for the gold.
